Formed at the beginning of 2006, Fotonic is a specialist service for those requiring precise, high-quality images of jewellery items and other small products.

Having worked for a jewellery import and retail company for several years it became clear to me that product photography was an important, yet complicated issue. The company spent many hours and large amounts of money searching for high quality yet affordable product imaging. Many professional photographers had difficulty obtaining the required look and finish to the images. Those with the ability to do so, were expensive - as much as £50 per image.

To solve the problem, I studied digital photography and began taking product photographs in 2000. Now with over 6 years experience taking digital macro photographs of jewellery (with great results!) Fotonic Ltd can offer the same high quality, customer focused services to companies, both retail and wholesale.

Fotonic Ltd fills a niche market for catalogue and presentation imagery of jewellery and similar products that require macro (close-up) photography.
