All photographic and enhancement imagery created by Fotonic Ltd remains our property until payment is completed in full.

Any items made available to Fotonic Ltd for the purposes of photography remain the property of the customer, and will be returned once work is completed or at the customer's request.

Ownership of completed imagery once paid for in full is the sole property of the customer and will not be used for any commercial purposes (with the exception of our portfolio: see point below) without the explicit permission of the owner.

To advertise our services we use a small number of images from our archive for a portfolio. If you would prefer for your images not to be used for this purpose simply state this when calling or emailing.

The scope of any work will be completed to the initial specification of the customer. Any changes to these specifications will be undertaken at the discretion of the Fotonic Ltd and may incur further fees.

We aim to complete client projects as soon as possible, but this is dependent on the amount of projects we are currently undertaking. Please ask a sales representative for an approximate completion date and make explicit any deadlines.

Once your imagery is completed we will provide sample images for review.

We require payment in full before providing the final images. If you are working with a deadline which may make this difficult please let us know when requesting photography.

Projects of £500 or over require an initial 25% deposit.

For your convenience, we accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal. We also accept cheques and postal money orders made payable to Fotonic Ltd, and BACS transfer.

Fotonic Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected from you is used only to process orders and to provide a personalized shopping experience. The collected information will not be sold or used for other purposes.

All shipments from Fotonic Ltd are insured (where appropriate) and made through the Royal Mail Postal Service.

We charge at cost for return shipping on projects priced under £100.

Shipping is free for projects priced at over £100 up to a cost of £10.
